Refund & Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 30days of receiving the item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.
Any faulty & damaged item received, must be reported within 48hrs of receiving the item.
For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs (Standard handling charge is 10%).
The item must be returned UNOPENED and in its original packaging in RE-SELLABLE condition.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used, tampered with or OPEN AND REPACKED. If we receive the item NOT in a re-sellable condition, we are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
We will consider a transaction completed if the item is delivered to the given address.
